Delta Air Lines has announced it will be flying direct from Boston, USA, to Nice in the South of France from May 2026.
The inaugural flight to the French Riviera will be on 17 May 2026. Another iconic city in Europe – Madrid, Spain – has also been added as a new nonstop destination for the airline’s passengers.

Delta said this expansion strengthens Boston’s role as a “premier global gateway” flying to 12 destinations in Europe, with flights to Milan and Barcelona being increased too. Boston is connected via Delta to four continents offering about 20 international flights daily.
Flights from Boston to Nice (and the “relaxed elegance of the French Riviera”) are scheduled for three times a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
These will be operated on board by the Airbus A330-900neo. Features include lie-flat seats, chef-curated meals and free wifi for SkyMiles members.
The CEO of Massport (Massachusetts Port Authority), Rich Davey said Nice will be Boston Logan’s 60th international destination.
“Starting next spring, these flights offer our passengers even more options to travel to Europe for business or pleasure. With over 130 destinations to choose from and a new focus on improving the customer experience, Boston Logan is going above and beyond to meet passenger needs,” said Davey.
Delta added that the airline will also offer:
- daily flights to Madrid from 16 May 2026
- daily flights to Barcelona from 7 May ’26
- flights four times a week to Milan, starting 16 May
The increased flights are launching earlier than before to cater better for seasonal demand.
