The Monaco royal family were in attendance today, 19 November 2025, in the Cour d’Honneur of the Prince’s Palace for the Monegasque National Day ceremonies. Watch the video at the bottom of the article.
To the delight of the gathered crowd, Prince Albert and his wife Princess Charlene were joined by their twins, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, who were the stars of the show. One fan summed up the feelings of many when she wrote on the Palace’s Facebook page: “The young Prince already has the bearing of a future Sovereign, and his sister already knows how to conduct herself in public. Well done!”

In a sweet message beside photos of the young prince and princess, the Palace said that the ten-year-olds “wish you a very happy National Day. 🇲🇨”.
As is tradition, the National Day began with mass at the St Nicholas Cathedral, and was celebrated with a military parade through the avenues, lined with red and white flags.
Yesterday, Prince Albert’s sister – Princess Stéphanie – handed out over 900 gifts to senior citizens in Monaco, as part of the annual National Day celebrations. She was accompanied by her daughter, Camille Gottlieb. The Palace said: “Smiles, warm exchanges, and thoughtful gestures marked this meeting, which has become an eagerly anticipated annual event.”

Last night, the celebrations began with fireworks over the harbour.
