For Pierre L., originally from Montreal, choosing Mougins School was a pivotal step in his family’s journey. His son Raphael graduated in June 2025 after an outstanding academic path—five A Levels, including two A*s—and is now studying Bio-Resource Engineering at McGill University with a scholarship.
Pierre recalls their first encounter with the school vividly: “We started scouting for schools, came to Mougins School, and of course we fell in love. Enrolling our son was one of the best decisions we ever made.”
What stood out most was the environment of care and encouragement that shaped Raphael’s development: “He really bloomed here. Coming to Mougins was truly a turning point for him. He always felt at home, and there was always a network of support he could fall back on,” Pierre explains.
He speaks warmly of the staff: “The teachers, the support team—everyone cares. They know most kids by name, which is always surprising!” For him, the community extends far beyond the classroom: “It’s not just the school and the students. The parents play a role too—think of International Day or Sports Day. It’s a decision we’re really happy we’ve made.”

For Maryam B., a French parent whose twins have been at Mougins School for 4 years since the LaunchPad, daily enthusiasm speaks louder than words. “My children literally run to school every morning,” she smiles.
She emphasises the personalised attention her children receive: “The teachers have been incredibly attentive. At Mougins School every child is accompanied, every child is understood.” For Maryam, one phrase above all captures the spirit of the school: “It’s difficult to describe Mougins School in just one word, but I would say ‘caring approach.’”
Despite coming from a French educational background, Maryam feels completely confident in her choice: “As a French mum, I have no hesitation in sending my children to an English school. They are growing in an incredible environment.”
