Inside Out 2 (Vice Versa 2) – English Film for Kids in Antibes

Inside Out 2 is proving to be a smash hit, and is now showing in Antibes… although under a different name, Vice Versa 2.

The Pixar Animation Studios film takes audiences back into the mind of Riley. The first Inside Out ended when Riley was 12. Now she is a teenager dealing with unexpected and new emotions. According to the synopsis, “Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust – which have worked successfully for a long time – don’t really know how to react when Anxiety arrives. And it seems she’s not the only one…” Envy, Embarrassment and Ennui (boredom with a fabulous French accent).

After just two weekends, Inside Out 2 has become the highest-grossing film of 2024 worldwide (making over $728.6 million).

Directed by Kelsey Mann, the voices include Amy Poehler again as Joy, Maya Hawke (daughter of Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke) as new emotioni Anxiety, Kensington Tallman as Riley, Diana Lane as Mom and Kyle MacLachlan as Dad, as well as a host of other stars.
