Les Voiles d’Antibes 2026 – Classic Yachting Regatta in Antibes

The annual ‘Les Voiles d’Antibes‘ (Sails of Antibes) marks the launch of the Mediterranean racing circuit for traditional yachts. The sailing event, which began three decades ago, takes place around the end of May, start of June each year. This year’s dates are 27 to 31 May 2026. Scroll down for full schedule.
The regatta is packed with adventure, luxury, passionate maritime fans and exquisitely designed yachts amidst a sporty and festive atmosphere, with live music and daily exhibitions. Entrance is free.
Les Voiles d’Antibes venue & music changes
Les Voiles d’Antibes is returning home to Bastion Saint-Jaume at Port Vauban, Antibes this year due to other events being held at the Esplanade. This will allow for a more intimate celebration of its 30th anniversary.
A new village concept – with a limit of 2,500 people at a time – will ensure a more comfortable, intimate and better quality experience for visitors at a historic site, says Voiles d’Antibes President Thierry Piel. The usual rock energy is also being replaced by the sun-soaked sounds of RnB, soul, pop and funk.
“We encourage the public to arrive as early as possible in the late afternoon to enjoy the sunset and the food options,” says the president.
The village is divided into:
• The Chill-out Lounge: A relaxing space at the top, near the famous Nomad art installation, with sofas where you can look out at the yachts.
• The Guinguette: Large shared tables recreating the warm atmosphere of traditional French festivities.
• The Food Court: A selection of food trucks serving local specialities and international cuisine.

Yacht categories
According to the press release, yachts are divided into the following categories:
- Big Boats,
- Vintage Yachts,
- Classic Yachts,
- Classic IOR,
- Spirit of Tradition Yachts, under the C.I.M. Rules and their modification, and
- Tofinou 9.50.

This is one of Antibes’ largest and most popular events, enjoyed by locals and foreigners who flock to watch the yachts as they make their way along the 23km coastline between the bays of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins.
