If you mention the French Riviera to your friends, they will most probably conjure up images of sun-kissed beaches, luxury superyachts and hilltop villages. However, few will know that the South of France also caters to snow lovers seeking to carve a few turns. Only a short drive away from the coastal cities, top ski resorts await. Skiers and snowboarders can find themselves in a winter paradise surrounded by snow-capped peaks in the morning and relaxing on a sandy beach in the afternoon.
