Café du Cap is close to Antibe’s Old Town, across the road from the ocean and a children’s park, with a beautiful view of the sea and locals playing pétanque beside the 17th century Saint-André bastion. You can bask in the sun here and simply enjoy a coffee and conversation, or tuck into the brilliant brunch, freshly squeezed juices or lunch. There’s a new daily special each day. Good news for summer – the restaurant now serves dinner in the evening, in July and August. Open from 8am to 5.30 pm (Closed Tuesdays)
