The new MICHELIN France Guide was unveiled this evening, 31 March 2025, at a ceremony in Metz, in the Moselle region of France, where a total of 68 new restaurants were recognised by the prestigious guide. If you’re a gourmet lover in the South of France, you’re in for a treat. Below we’ve highlighted the newly awarded restaurants in the region.

The following restaurants on the Côte d’Azur each make their debut in the gourmet Guide this year. Congratulations!

A delighted Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer described the Abysse as a “true temple of the Art of Sushi”, and revealed that this accolade comes just a few months after the restaurant’s opening.

Thank you to our producers, artisans and everyone who brings this restaurant to life every day. This achievement marks a new chapter in the story of La Palme d’Or.”
