C'est cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 - alors appel\u00e9e Villa Saint-Louis - que Fitzgerald et sa famille ont lou\u00e9e en 1926, et c'est l\u00e0 qu'il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9crire \"Tendre est la nuit\". Ils recevaient leurs c\u00e9l\u00e8bres amis, dont Ernest Hemingway, \u00e0 l'h\u00f4tel Proven\u00e7al voisin (achev\u00e9 en 1927).<\/p>\n<p >Un soir d'\u00e9t\u00e9, Fitzgerald persuade des musiciens qui se produisent dans un restaurant de Juan-les-Pins de venir jouer \u00e0 la Villa St Louis jusqu'\u00e0 l'aube.
