Les Voiles d’Antibes – Classic Yachting Regatta in Antibes

The annual ‘Les Voiles d’Antibes‘ (Sails of Antibes) marks the launch of the Mediterranean racing circuit for traditional yachts. The sailing event takes place around the first week of June each year. This year’s dates are 4 to 8 June and the event is celebrating its 30th edition.

The regatta is packed with adventure, luxury and exquisitely designed yachts amidst a sporty and festive atmosphere, with live music and daily art exhibitions. Entrance is free. Venue is: Esplanade du Bastion Saint-Jaume, in Port Vauban, Antibes.

The regatta is divided into three main sections:

• Vintage (built pre-1950),
• Classic (built pre-1976) and
• Traditional Spirit.

According to the press release, yachts will be divided into the following categories: Big Boats, Vintage Yachts, Classic Yachts, Classic IOR, Spirit of Tradition Yachts, under the C.I.M. Rules 2022 – 2025 and their modification, and Tofinou 9.50.

This is one of Antibes’ largest and most popular events, enjoyed by locals and foreigners who flock to watch the yachts as they make their way along the 23km coastline between the bays of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins.

Les Voiles d’Antibes Itinerary for This Year (2025)

Every day from 10h00 to 20h00 there are yachting related exhibitions, art shows, entertainment and special events.

On Fri, Sat and Sun, there are also autograph signing sessions.
