Despite the ongoing renovations along the Juan-les-Pins coast<\/a>, there are a handful of beautiful private beaches on this stretch of the C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur that ARE open for the 2025 season. All the visuals on this page were taken this week (25 and 26 April 2025). The Mediterranean is sparkling in anticipation for the season, with sunbeds (matelas<\/em> or transats<\/em>) lined up and waiting for you to relax, splash on your sun lotion<\/a>, and gaze in wonder at the sweeping views from Cap d’Antibes on the left, to the L\u00e9rins Islands and Cannes on the right.<\/p>\n

If you haven’t ever, lunching on a Juan-les-Pins beach with your toes in the sand is a magical experience worth putting on your bucket list.
