Eden Roc Grill
For casual dining, Eden Roc Grill serves contemporary Brasserie type cuisine non-stop from 12 noon to 10.30pm in an idyllic poolside setting. You can choose dishes such as ceviche from the Fish Bar or authentic Salade Niçoise and King Crab salad from the Salad Bar. Mains include Grilled Lobster or a yummy Croque Monsieur with truffle butter. Open until 15 October 2025.
Louroc Restaurant
For a special occasion, the Michelin-starred Louroc Restaurant is the perfect choice for dinner. Chef Sébastien Broda artfully blends Mediterranean and Provencal flavours to create a memorable menu. Sourcing his ingredients from the region’s best producers, he delights clients with his culinary creativity. Open until 15 October 2025.
Giovanni’s Restaurant
Giovanni’s, a relaxed restaurant under a shady pergola among the pine trees is sadly reserved for hotel guests only. Sicilian chef Marco Tringale has teamed up with consultant chef Jeremy Viale (World Pizza Champion) to offer a modern twist on Italian classics. And a Bambini menu for younger guests. Open from May to September 2025.
